I am trying to get Yogi to come be a Bearcat. He was at Pikeville with Chris McNamee. Chris is very high on him.

Frankfort is a tough job right now, and probably was a little too much for a first-time head coach to take on. That is not meant to be a knock on Coach Davis, because he really came in excited and ready to work to turn the program around. There are just so many challenges that go beyond the football coach.

Logically choice for this job is a local guy,  currently at Sayre. Josh Smith had coached there before,  alum and has a lot of quality ties to that area. 

Tough times and hate to see where Frankfort High has fallen to after a rich Football Tradition. Josh Smith would be my idea for this job.  He knows families in Frankfort, can get kids to actually stay at FHS. Most important he knows Frankfort and will have a true understanding of how to deal and run this program. IMO he could turn this back around similar to the hire for Danville. 

One of the most pressing challenges for whoever the new coach is will be to get the kids who are playing at Franklin County back downtown where they are supposed to be. 

I agree that Josh Smith would be a great choice for this job. He could reenergize that program. 

William Brad Jeffries would do great at Frankfort.
