  • I almost had a pick 6 and would have been my first against Wayne County in 1980.  Playing noseguard coach had be back up to middle linebacker and I got me a INT.  Only need 5 yards to get in the endzo

  • Looks like again this week Boyle has sponsors for the game and there will not be a charge.   Special thanks to Todd Tiller and Kentucky Farm Bureau, Renae Ellis and Salted Wellness, and Glenn Hur

  • Boyle is 9-0 all-time vs Wayne, dating back to the early 1980’s.  None of the games have been relatively close.  Don’t look for any change to that on Thursday.

The current you would not have been touched.

Hopefully there's a valid reason. shouldn't be allowed without circumstances beyond their control. I would think there's some competitive advantage to getting the extra day.

Don’t you lose a day of prep the week you play the game?

Last week was Whitley requesting the game for Thursday. This week is for referee shortage from other sports going on. Will be back to Friday for round 3 and on.

Boyle County always has practice on Sunday's. So I don't think they are losing any prep work.

Not if you played the previous week on Thursday as well.

And you're getting one day up on your 3rd round opponent if they aren't playing on Thursday.

You are getting an extra day to recover and look at your weaknesses but you don't know your opponent until games are over Friday.

Special thanks to Todd Tiller and Kentucky Farm Bureau, Renae Ellis and Salted Wellness, and Glenn Hurst of Hurst Electric and Plumbing for their sponsorship!
