Bengals have no chance of being good this year. That defense is terrible.

I would like to post the LOL emoji, but I can’t.

Another touchdown by the offense Burrow hits Jones for a touchdown to tie it at 14.

Well it's Joe Buck and Troy Aikman.   Not even a masochist is lasting 4 quarters.   I stopped after the opening drive.

Charlie Jones is their punt returner, and playing well as a backup slot WR. If they didn’t give up on Burton after last year, I doubt they do now with him reportedly doing the right things now. Yoshi,

Starting offense looks like they haven’t skipped a beat. Starting defense has a lot to work on. I like Joes competitiveness, seems like he doesn’t have it in him to just go down in a pre-season game, but please just go down. Overall solid win the pre-season.

I know the defense as a whole needs helps, but there were some bright spots among the backups and those trying to find a roster spot.  I would like to see more of the "#1's" on defense next week to get reps, but that probably won't happen.

Mitchel Tinsley has made himself a roster spot tonight an awesome catch and a great throw by Browning! Bengals now led 28-14.

Made three great catches tonight.  Joe Buck said he won an NFL roster spot tonight, if not with the Bengals, than someone else.

Won't win many games with that defense and oline. 1 stringers where terrible.

He had 3 of ESPN's top 10 play's of the day.

All 3 great catches showed a huge radius and glue for hands.  Who does he replace?

This is what cincyjungle.com had to say about Tinsley:

Mitchell Tinsley, WR:
Speaking of players pushing Jones for a roster spot — Tinsley has been the talk of training camp, making ridiculous catches. He had the chance to showcase that in-game and did just that — twice — in the end zone. His ability to make acrobatic catches over and around defenders look routine is hard to ignore.

I would definitely give Tinsley a roster spot ahead of Jones.

That same article had this to say about Jones:

Charlie Jones, WR:
Jones is fighting to secure his spot on the roster. He isn’t exactly on the bubble, but catching a key fourth-down pass and capping off a drive with a tight-window touchdown helps solidify his standing. The back end of this receiver group is getting increasingly competitive, and plays like that make a difference.

Bye bye Burton.

I would keep Jones and Tinsley over Iosivas. Iosivas does nothing for me.

So I don’t think it has anything to do with who Tinsley replaces in regards to WRs. As his performing like this just means the Bengals probably keep 6 WRs, and probably go one less at a different spot.
