I think 3 again for a Ryle TD pass.  I think Ryle missed the extra point but again the camera has a mind of its own.

33-14 Ryle with 346 left.

That seals it. Ryle wins big!

  • I know, quoting myself but after a lot of thought I feel the same way.  In a real game this probably would have been a Ryle running clock or close to one.  Before anyone from Beechwood gets fired up a

  • Because he’s 6’3, 215 with a strong arm and clean mechanics. Colleges care very little about high school production.

Beechwood down to the Ryle 48 with 239 left in the scrimmage.

Again, Ryle does not have all their starters in.

Pass down the middle, Beechwood on the Ryle 18, under a minute left.

Timeout Beechwood with 38.6 left.

It’s a better scrimmage for Beechwood on getting more out of this vs. Ryle.

IMO…..I’m thankful Ryle would give Beechwood the opportunity to scrimmage.

From what I can tell Beechwood has 7-8 2-Way players.  Ryle looks to at least have 3-4 2-way players.

Ryle has more experience in this scrimmage, but does look like Beechwood is getting more comfortable on offense now vs. when they started earlier tonight.

Holding on Beechwood but it was a TD pass beyond the hold.

I agree with the Bold but I think it also has a lot to do with what players on on the field for Ryle and which ones are not on the field.

FG attempt for Beechwood with 17.9 left.

I think it was good, again the camera, and I am going with 33-17 Ryle, varsity scrimmage over.

Good one for both teams!!

Beechwood has some nice players. They were competitive. I think they were a few players short and fighting above their weight class. I fully expect them to be in the Title game again this year.

Last field goal for Beechwood was good from 45 yards. Final score 34-17.

Definitely work to do but overall a pretty good night for Beechwood against a high quality 6A opponent.

Fryman is not playing……offense would look different with him in play.

Totally different game if Fryman played.

A few player definitely make a difference in high school football.

45 yards is deadly at this level if not can stay accurate. Hopefully the young can continue to do so consistently. Good luck both teams this year.
