I get that I'm looking at it from a different perspective, but I just don't see Illinois beating UK. The Cats are much more talented and have been up for big games all year. 

It may be close for a while, but I'll be surprised if UK doesn't win by 7-12.

I’ve only caught glimpses of Illinois this year so I can’t say for certain, but there only a few legit teams in this tournament UK is going to out talent. Especially without their most skilled player and PG being a shell of himself.

    Time to go Cats! To win we have to keep Illinois off the offensive boards and limit them to just one shot.

    Cats get on the board first turning a Illinois turnover into to a basket to led 2-0.

    Cats led 9-5 at the first media timeout. It should be 11-5 as Oweh misses a layup off of a steal, but still a good start for the Cats.

    Butler is taking a breather on the bench. Let's see if UK can keep the lead.

    Illinois has turned it over already 4 times as the Cats are on a 9-0 run and now led 13-5 timeout Illinois.

    Chandler seems to be getting some of Perry's minutes and I'm ok with it. I love that Perry is a Kentucky kid playing for UK but Chandler's athleticism really helps this team sometimes.

    He also is a better defender than Perry is right now in my opinion.

    This is one of the few times that Kentucky's opponent has as many or more fans than the Cats do at a neutral site game.

    A big 2nd foul on the Cats one guy that can go to the basket and score in Oweh.
