Richmond is not St. John’s leading scorer. Their leading scorer is Luis, but he was only 2-12 in the first half. 

Arkansas starts off the half on a 5-1 run to lead now 40-33 timeout St. Johns.

Arkansas has their largest lead of the game at 9 it is now 42-33 Hogs. 

Not saying he’s Isiah Thomas, but Wagner has become a solid floor general. He’s not forcing the action and is able to break down anyone guarding him. 

Arkansas now leads St. Johns by 12 at 53-41 at the under 12 timeout. St. Johns is now shooting 24.5% and 13.3% from 3. This next 4 minutes is critical for St. Johns if the Hogs can still be leading by 6 or 8 at that point I like their chances with Fland back to play with Wagner.

Foul trouble on the bigs for Arkansas could end up being a big problem. Right now Arkansas length inside has caused most of the issues for St. John’s, but if the big guys foul out. Things may change in a hurry. 

St. Johns has cut it down to 6 on a 7-0 run. I know he won't but Cal may look to play some zone with their length and help keep the bigs on the floor. It won't affect rebounding as they have already given up 21 offensive rebounds.

Going into the under 8 timeout it is 61-53 Arkansas. Arkansas is really missing Thiero today. This is his type of game.

I disagree with the CBS color guy I thought it was a foul. It is true he was straight up but he did not jump straight up he jumped towards the shooter. Grant it as physical as this game has been that was not much of a foul.

It is now 68-64 Arkansas with just under 3 to play. Timeout St. Johns.

I feel like if St. John’s can get in front, they’ll take it down. But they have missed multiple chances to tie or take the lead and just can’t get over the hump. 

St John’s just making dumb mistakes. Credit to Arkansas for capitalizing.

There’s no way that shot was going that they goaltended, but it was by definition a goaltend. 

That may secure the win for the Hogs as St. Johns turns it over and Wagner scores for Arkansas to go up 6 at 70-64 with under 2 to play.

One thing for sure if St. Johns has to hit 3's to win it they are not going to win. lol
