It is an NKU policy and agreed on by the 9th region committee that over sees tournament.

Accidentally posted the same comment twice. I'll edit this one to say I think CCH wins. Close battle in the first half, but feel like the Colonels will have a grip on the game throughout all four quarters. Can't wait for this one.
