I agree. Also really like the Lewis kid. If he gets going from 3 it could be a very interesting game.

I'll say this about Wayne, those kids and coaching staff have dealt with more "noise" than probably all of the other 12th region teams combined. All of that on top of learning a new system with a new staff, it's probably a small miracle they made it to region. Wayne should play loose since Mercer is the clear favorite to win. If Wayne could hang around for awhile and Mercer tightens up, you never know. Mercer could also win by 20+ and Wayne could jump off the roller coaster that this season has been for them.

To be fair, it was mainly one poster trying desperately to be able to play the "no one respects us card."  And other posters pointing out that they did not say some of the things used to infer disrespect.

I'm pretty sure the boy's games will be on the wpbk fm channel on YouTube.  The girl's 12th region games should be on the Maroon Sports Network on YouTube.  

Interesting that the committee matched up Somerset and DCA after what happened in last year’s regional. I guess they couldn’t help themselves.

Correct.  The WPBK guys do a great job with their stream.  I will say the production value in this region from a lot of the schools is top notch.  

My guess, is that Mercer’s Hagen Preston will shadow Kendall Phillips.  Preston is a quality wing defender.  I will say, Parmley does run some creative sets to free Phillips for shots.  Wayne will have to find a way to neutralize Ellis in post.  Their post works hard but is undersized (maybe 6”1).  They will need to help him out with post doubles and force Mercer to shoot the 3 ball.

I'd like to see them play at least once during the regular season, maybe alternate a home and away schedule.  Then, they might meet up in the All A and again in the Regional.  They've usually got decent teams and it's a pretty easy drive.

I think that will start happening again.  The coaching change impacted some scheduling.

It is kind of funny to imagine a "committee."  Some guy in a suit with a ton of TVs behind him analyzing all these 12th Region games and trying to devise the best bracket.

The Lincoln/PC game could go either way.  I heard someone say it’ll probably go off at 36-35 and Jackson will be fine with that.  I’d say the only prediction I have is that it will be low scoring.

I’d say based on their record and strength of schedule it will be Mercer over Wayne.
