There's obviously 2 sides to every story in these situation.  Very intense game, can bleed very intense emotions.  These two teams are Class A rivals, and have had some intense battles.  I don't think there is any love lost between coaching staffs. 

And last thing on this, one can argue Somerset has been affected the most by DCA's rise (outside of 45th district teams obv).  Probably, would have last two All A regions, more in the tank for last year's regional final and then last night of course.  That type of competition breeds competitive juices.

Not sure why you say that. That call gave DCA 2 points off free throws and resulted in a lost possession for Somerset. Couple minutes later the game is tied and goes to overtime. Just the 2 FT’s alone were the difference in the game. 

Neither of these two are “my team” so I’m coming at this objectively. From my angle, I couldn’t tell if the T was justified. But I hope it was because it was such a big call at that moment and ultimately was enough to make the difference in the outcome.

I said it because it's true. Somerset led by 4 with under 2 minutes to play and missed free throws down the stretch. The technical was a bad call, but it's not the reason they lost.

Indred Whitaker was on the roster for Southwestern as a freshman.

I wasn’t saying that there weren’t other things done/not done by each team that contributed to Somerset losing.
 

Let me try saying it this way. If DCA didn’t get those two technical FT’s, they’d have had 2 less points when time expired. And that would’ve been 2 less than Somerset had, which means Somerset wins the game.
