16thBBall Fan Posted January 14 Posted January 14 With the Rams win over the Vikings the dates and times are set for this weekend's divisional round games. Hopefully they will be better than this weekend's games were. The only lower seed to get a win in wild card weekend were the Commanders. Saturday January 18th: Texans at Chiefs - ESPN/ABC at 4:30pm Commanders at Lions - FOX at 8:00pm Sunday January 19th: Rams at Eagles - NBC at 3:00pm Ravens at Bills - CBS at 6:30pm The 4 winners will play for the AFC & NFC Championships on Sunday Jan. 26 with the NFC Championship on FOX at 3:00pm and the AFC Championship on CBS at 6:30pm. 2
bugatti Posted January 14 Posted January 14 If you follow spreads, 1.5 has become the new toss-up zone, often flipping between home and road favorites through the week. Baltimore is now favored, but it opened with Buffalo giving 1.5. 1
mcpapa Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Really looking forward to Baltimore - Buffalo. And boy, how Sam Darnold’s stock plummeted over the last two weeks. 1
bugatti Posted January 14 Posted January 14 RE: Buffalo/Baltimore. It is not a shock to see the Ravens favored, and I was shocked Buffalo started out giving points considering Buffalo was handled by Baltimore earlier in the season. Ironically, that game occurred in week 4, before either team hit their stride.
Jumper_Dad Posted January 16 Posted January 16 I love Mike Tirico, but Collinsworth grates on my nerves like a bad toothache. They are definitely last in preferences. Aikman is OK but I'm not a huge fan of Buck. The Prime crew is fine. Brady is much improved and I actually found myself enjoying that crew a couple times the last few weeks. CBS used easily be my favorite, but you never know which Romo you're going to get. When he's "On" they are the best, he just doesn't always have his fastball all the time anymore.
Voice of Reason Posted January 16 Posted January 16 Play by play aren't difference makers for me. On the analysts, I like Romo the best. Brady definitely improving. He made a couple excellent insights last week that I don't think I've heard anyone else say. The others are good and none of them bother me. 1

Starting out, it was Dennis Miller-level bad. And I'm with you on the play-by-play guys. These five dudes are top-shelf pros. It amazes me how well they are at their trade. If I had to vote for one, I would cast it for Buck-Aikman.
theguru Posted January 17 Posted January 17 The Texans and Chiefs from about a month ago just started on the NFL Network if anyone is feeling like some NFL. 1
16thBBall Fan Posted January 18 Author Posted January 18 ESPN is going straight to NFL Countdown at the conclusion of the Alabama and Kentucky game. 1

hrcarrier Posted January 18 Posted January 18 Big defensive stand by Houston after allowing the long kickoff return by Kansas City.
16thBBall Fan Posted January 18 Author Posted January 18 The Chiefs start great a kickoff return to start the game all the way to the Texans 21 yard he fumbles but ex Bengals Perine. The Texans defense however holds the Chiefs to a FG as their offense lost 1 yard on 3 plays. Chiefs 3 Texans to get the ball.
