Thats a pretty bad top 25

Why dont you post your's and "enlighten" us all on the "real" Top 25. Along with record and rating(please explain how rating system works).

But they did beat Scott who's ranked ahead of them, and came within 3 of LexCath at LC??

Elliott is a 16th region team. Wouldnt that make it 7?

Paul Dunbar at 10-9 and there in the top 25? Never seen them play but that seems to be a shock to me. Either extreme bias toward them or they have played one of the toughest schedules in the state. Any explanations?

Losses include Lex Cath twice, Bryan Station twice, Tates Creek twice, Madison Central once, Cov Cath once, Lafayette once.

Shelby didn't do much to help its case by losing to Bullitt Central.

Scott is in because they have won 9 of 10 and have been winning by large margins. They also haven't played a cupcake schedule with Simon Kenton, Mason Co, Tates Creek, Christian Co and Brossart.

You are right BredMan. Scott is in due to them being hot right now. People need to realize that is one man's formula and logic. This poll will always be a debatable one like college football's is.

Polls are definately debateable and I may not do any better but I have always noticed that the HL polls always protect their home schools.

Congrats to Elliott for cracking top 20. I'm not sure if they are THAT good but it is nice to see a 16th Region team in there and to see the Lions getting little statewide attention with the starters being all sophmores.

I have seen most of them play and some that in the top 20 dont deserve to be. The excuse most people give is strength of schedule but I think it might sell more papers to keep the home fans happy. JMO

4 of the top 10 teams are from one region, Region 7.
