Bill Belichick's term sheet with the North Carolina Tar Heels includes 5 years, $10 million annually, with the first three years guaranteed. 

He also gets a $100,000 annual expense account and a bonus max of $3.5 million, including:

• $10 million "assistant coach salary pool"
• $1 million for strength staff
• $5.3 million for support staff, including GM
• $13 million as "revenue sharing"

Interesting to me is the revenue sharing number. Each school will have a total of $22 million to spread across all sports. $13 million of it going to football seems to be a low number from what I expect most of the big boys to do. I expect $15+ for most SEC schools to go just to football.

What happy reunion?  The whole reason he ended up in Tampa was because he and Bill butted heads on things like who was on the field with Tom.  I mean Vegas loves a good drama, but Bill and Tom volleying on personnel making power maybe be too much, even for SinCity.
