According to KHSAA standings all 2A District games have been played and this the first round games. 

What happens if Caldwell and Murray wins? Both from R1 and Caldwell 3 seed and Murray being 2 Seed...

The first 2 rounds are locked in brackets. Murray would play Owensboro Catholic and Caldwell would play Mayfield. Of course that’s assuming those 2 win which is very high probability.

When there are 8 teams left, the top half of the bracket and the bottom half are re-seeded by RPI correct?

Yes. 

Also, playoff games do not impact RPI. RPI will be set at the end of regular season and will not change during the playoffs.

I’ll keep updating as the playoffs move along. Once RPI plays a factor I will list those as well.

Just like last year. As @brooksville said above, at 8 teams left (round 3) the top half of bracket is seeded and the bottom half of the bracket is seeded. West and East are seeded in round 3 but seeded in their half of the state. Round 3 will be:

West #1 vs. West #4 and West #2 vs West #3

East #1 vs. East #4 and East #2 vs. East #3

If the higher RPI's win their games in the first two rounds, the East final four in order of RPI would be Beechwood, Prestonsburg, Bracken County and Martin County. Martin County would be at Beechwood.

Who out of the east/ west has the tougher path to the semi’s ?
