I know nothing about Paintsville, so couldn't possibly make a guess with score.

 

Does anybody have any info on Ferguson's injury from the Greenup game?

With a healthy Ferguson Elliott wins, without it will be really tough

The winner of the 16th region aganist the winner of the 15th region. Paintsville went through South Floyd, Pikeville, and Allen Central to get to Richmond while Elliott County went through Fairveiw, Menifee, and Raceland to make it to Richmond. Any Predicitons?

 

Update: Jonathon Ferguson is still resting an injuried ankle. He will take a x-ray tomorrow to see the seriousness of the sprain. As of right now he is expected to play, but no one is sure if he will be 100%. Get well soon Ferg.

He could do a better job on one good leg than a lot of kids on two... :lol:

I hate to hear about ferg's leg. I saw paintsville play in the prep classic and they gave south laurel (I believe it was s. laurel) all they could handle. Paintsville plays really, really hard. But then again so does the Lions. Should be a really good up and down game!

Being a 16th region fan I will be pulling for the 16th region representative in Elliot Co. in this one. Regardless of who wins I will be pulling for them the rest of the way. I hope that Ferguson can play but it is not worth risking a future on. Comments on that are in another thread.

This one will be one of the best games of the tourney, I think it will be too close to call, but I will take Elliott by 3 in a down to the wire nail biter.

Paintsville should win this if they play under control and don't get caught up in a running shootout with Elliott County. If the Lions take control and are hot, EC will take home this win.

This game will be close throughout but I say Paintsville by 4.

I'll take Elliott with or without Ferg. The Faulkner Boys will step up leading the way.
