January 23, 200719 yr Where are those people that said UL would lose by double-digits? :sssh: I believe I recall one post calling UCONN by 16...

January 23, 200719 yr T-Will 2 for 9 from behind the arc. You think that he'd quit gunning at this point. I've only seen one UL game (UK) and he should have packed up his three pointer during that game.

January 23, 200719 yr Sadly, T-Will won't ever stop shooting three's... At one point during the game he hit two three's in a row and ran over and stared at Dick Vitale, like rubbing it in his face. He then proceeded to come back down and airball his next attempt. I was embarassed for the guy...
January 23, 200719 yr Great win for UL. Im glad to see them start to win a few. Now maybe the UL fans will have some more hope in basketball and not talk about football all winter. J/P, UL is finally getting healthy and comfortable in rotations I believe.
January 23, 200719 yr I believe I recall one post calling UCONN by 16... That was moi....I was wrong....Congrats to Louisville
January 23, 200719 yr I thought UL looked pretty good tonight, however, I just can't tell if this game tells me more about the Cards or Crying Calhoun's Huskies? Certainly a game that UL needed to win, they did so impressively, and move on in Big East play. Congrats Cards' fans. They shot 18 for 59, for 32.8%. UConn was flat out horrible is why UL won. And before anyone blasts me, I'm a Louisville fan. Louisville just doesn't shoot the ball well enough to be considered a good team, YET.
January 23, 200719 yr Good win for the Cards. Starting to like UCONN as much as I do Duke just glad to see "em lose. If they find their shot can be much improved by seasons end.

Louisville just doesn't shoot the ball well enough to be considered a good team, YET. I'm NOT a UL fan, and watched very little of the game. I was speaking of the final margin, not the intricacies of the contest as I don't watch enough UL games to be considered a connosieur. I guess the bolded part of your quote answers my initial question.
