I do too.  Raceland has such a good football program with nothing to show for it.

Didn't Pikeville have another run like this several years ago? I believe Raceland beat them during the regular season....but that's history.

The Panthers' previous high water mark was the late 80's. it falls short in comparison to the past decade though. It probably could have rivaled it had it carried over during the 90's but Beechwood was to Pikeville under Yeagle as Pikeville is to Raceland now.

Yes, Raceland beat Pikeville 7-6 the week after Pikeville lost to LCA and the week before they beat Belfry.

Worth noting without the mule that is dominating on both sides of the ball though... I mentioned it in the preview thread but getting Anthony is like adding 3 starters that were missing that game.

In 91 Raceland beat Pikeville while they were are a pretty nice run.

Except for having a very good well respected program by football people. Remember them coming to NKY back in the late 70s for the playoffs. Always had tough kids. I believe Bill Tom Ross was the coach back then.
