That is a crazy stat, but BS got a lot of yardage in garbage time against reserves.

Eh, depends on how you look at it. 

If you look at it from a standpoint of takeaways by the Rocks defense and not giveaways, that changes the perspective, IMO. 

Bryan Station struggled offensively because of Trinity. Not just because they were sloppy or careless.

and if someone’s aunt had other apparatus (not taking into account today’s society), she’d be their uncle.

Trinity had a large part in those FIVE turnovers.

I see turnovers as 80% mistakes and 20% skill of the defense. Really good well coached teams make turnovers more like 90% their mistake when turnovers happen. Reducing turnovers is absolutely controllable with coaching and player experience.

That's pretty unfair to a defense. 

A careless QB could throw the ball into the chest of a defender and he still has to make a play. 

A careless RB can drop the ball and a defender still has to recover it. 

Pressure on a QB can force him into a mistake, causing a turnover. Active hands can jar a ball lose from a ball carrier.

Careless, careless, mistake ... that's my point. Offense controls turnovers and can be coached to minimize them. If players continue to be careless and make mistakes, you lose your job. If a RB cannot stop fumbling, the coach replaces him. Offense is in control of turnovers even when great defenses apply pressure.

I'm thinking the BGP 6A rankings for these two may be more or less reversed this coming week.... ?

I agree that turnovers can be minimized, we're on the same page there. 

You're not giving the defense any credit for turnovers, and I couldn't disagree more.
