Austin is the real deal! I saw him play a couple of weeks ago and as an edge rusher he lived in the opponent's backfield.  When he lined up as a TE he was equally impressive and for his size a deep threat in their passing attack.  Excellent size, speed and strength.  Plays under control and checks off all the boxes.

Dad is an ND graduate......and Uncle Shaun an Alabama grad. I believe mom worked in the Alabama Football office years ago. Should be interesting. He's the real deal.

Stanford, Minnesota, and Georgia Tech have all offered in the last few days.

Alexander is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ prospect and consensus Top 20 EDGE rusher in the country for the '25 class.

Union (Ky.) Cooper four-star defensive lineman Austin Alexander will announce his commitment on Friday, April 19th at his school.

Alexander told 247Sports that Stanford, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Notre Dame, Tennessee and North Carolina are the finalists.

His most recent visit was to Wisconsin for a February junior day.
