As a person that cares about the history of sports, I find this irresponsible and extremely disrespectful. A lot, if not all, schools have a certain criteria that a player has to meet to be awarded this honor. My only line of thinking is to help with recruiting.

Shedur is going to be "at best", the 3rd QB selected in the draft and was not a first round selection.

    Is there any chance, if Mike Norvell doesn't get it done this year at FSU, that the Seminoles take a shot at bringing Deion into town? He has done some good things at Colorado.
