Actually everything looks pretty good.  This is always a crap shoot anyway.

I just realized this wasn't a marching/pep band thread.   The lil Dawgs are both top 5 on their instruments in the state.

How does everyone feel about Morton not getting 10th Region Player of the year? Have no dawg in this fight just curious of peoples opinions.

I've only seen Morton once, and haven't seen Hamilton at all, so grain of salt.  Looking at the records of the two teams, statistics and head to head results - and especially given GRC just won a state title (and Morton was tournament MVP) and has been ranked top 5 all season -  it's a little surprising.  On the one hand, I always applaud when folks dig a little deeper and think about these things and don't just go with the obvious.  On the other hand, I wonder if there's some blowback going on over something......

I have no kid in the game, But have u looked into the stats, Don't get me wrong, Jerome is a stud and had a great previous season, should he have went on to college, YES.  U give some of these kids an extra year and u would be amazed by some of them, an  Extra year make a HUGE difference.  Hamilton is a 4 year player putting up great numbers.  Just my opinion.

Are you saying because Morton had 5 years in high school - repeated due to covid or something?
