With the move to 3A look for the Juggs to be strong in 2023. In 2022 the jugs went 10 and four with a first game lost to Dixie 13 to 12 they started a freshman quarterback that went out early in that game with the shoulder injury that never returned for the season. there was another early season lost to Providence, Indiana, 22 to 21 and of course the two losses to Beechwood. On our fence, the jugs have big shoes to fill with the loss of Kaiden Zulager to graduation. And the loss of Joe Cooley right tackle. With the majority of the offense returning look for rising star, Isaiah Sebastian to be used in multiple positions at quarterback, receiver, and surely running the ball along with a whole host of returning offensive players. The juggernaut return, 10 defensive players. Leading tacklers, Westwood and Collins. With Isaiah Sebastian having eight interceptions last year, I really think the juggernauts are gonna make some noise in 3A.

They didn't lose many, but did lose a couple key cogs. Many of the returning players to keep an eye on are still Sophomores and Juniors, like Evans and Sebastian. Excited to see how this group does with a full summer and prior knowledge of Coach Brossart's offense.

For sure excited!

I love the move to 3A for the Juggs, it’s a shame that they are in a district with LexCath though. That’s gonna be super tough for years to come when it comes to postseason play.

It lets you know exactly where you stand just like Beechwood did.

They can make noise every year in the playoffs. Sister district isn’t very strong.

No doubt about that, kids continue to move into the district from what I hear as well!

I was an "Erlanger Elementary" kid for a stretch when we first moved to NKY in the mid 60's. Still have a wooden nickel "L" basketball pin somewhere. Great memories.

For a decade after we moved out, we went to our family doctor, dentist, and orthodontist, all in Erlanger. Still went to Horlein's butcher shop, the best. Big fan of the John Miles clan too.

Have always liked the small community feel of it in the midst of the Greater Cincinnati sprawl. Some great rivalries with Cov Cath across several sports when I was a Colonel. Was fortunate to be part of a couple of them.

Happy to see things on the uptick. Count me in as one who will be following the Juggernauts this season.

Roll on!

Here is the JV Schedule.

And one of the best nicknames around.

ATTENTION

Parents,

We ask that you refrain from walking into the locker rooms. At any moment players and/or coaches can be in the process of changing, having film sessions or meetings. If you have any questions please call or text first and one of the coaches will either come out and talk with you or set up a time for you to meet.

Thanks,

Lloyd Coaching Staff

I’ve heard Sebastian is now at NCC, anybody else able to confirm or deny this?
