Corbin will have to replace 2 LB's(French, Watkins, Barton should head the list) and probably 2 DE's(French, Light, Nantz).

Do you expect him to play LB next year? I know that he played some DB late last year and seemed to be making all kinds of plays and just seemed to have a nose for the ball.

 

Is Eric Salmons lifting? He will be a good addition as a WR next year.

Eric is on the Basketball Team/Baseball Team so he isn't getting much time into the weight room yet. I could see Watkins playing that outside LB with his speed and especially his strength. I believe that is what he was at toward the end of last year. Who knows what kind of jumps he will make through the summer.

I hope French and Campbell play football at any school next year. If not at corbin somewhere.I hope if they transfer corbin releases them. Not to be mean but we all know the hounds have gotten to take advantages of tranfers in the past.brent canady dale fox sam jackson to name a few.

I'm not sure on the position but think he is a sophomore. He looks like a FB/LB to me but I could be wrong. I've just heard that he has been good in the weight room and looks like he can make himself into a solid player for the Hounds.

Been hearing alot that Manns is infact going to come out this year and play. Along with Isaac Wilson. Corbin is pretty big upfront now. Strength and weight.

Corbin has a couple hosses up front. Isn't the Martin kid about 6'2" 265 and Hayden about 6'1" 290? Nolan goes about 260 along with Taylor. Taz is around 6'1" 240-250 isn't he? Look for this group to be the strongest group along the fronts since the 2001 team. Depth may be a concern but they got the hosses to keep the advantage in the trenches this year. I have high hopes for this bunch.

Corbin will do just fine, no talks about winning it all yet that has to be in the sights. Since some "fans" want to criticize the schedule that we have don't want to start anything and go in to the game by game.

True "fans" can't be critical in any way can they? lol One poster questioned Corbin's"watered-down" schedule and thus he must not be a true fan? (GMAB) Kinda reminds me of those of us who question the President's actions and are labeled as "unpatriotic."

 

The problem is some "fans" cross the line and become fanatics. This can clearly be seen in the actions of many UK fan"atics." There is nothing wrong with having opinions, even ones that are critical. I worry less about fans who are critics than I do about fans who are fanatics.

 

Oh, by the way, if the Corbin '07 Hounds don't go deep into the playoffs, the fans should be full of questons.
