If the Bengals win they are playing the Ravens again next week, unless the Bills lose. If Bengals lose, they are playing the Ravens again unless the Chargers lose.

I was wrong on that last part. If Bengals win and Bills lose, the Bengals will be the 2 seed and will be playing the 7th seeded Patriots. 
 

The Bengals most likely opponent is the Ravens again. However, the two other teams they could play is the Patriots in the scenario I listed above. Or they could play the Chargers if the Bengals lose and Chargers lose this weekend. That game would be in Cincinnati though.

While unlikely, if the Bengals win this week and Bills/Chiefs lose. All three teams have 4 losses, with the Chiefs having lost to both Bengals and Bills. So why is a coin toss not a possibility for that scenario to determine who gets the one seed and a bye?

Or the most unfair situation is if both Bengals and Bills win, and Chiefs lose this weekend. The Chiefs and Bengals both 4 losses and Bengals have a win over the Chiefs. Yet the Chiefs would be the 2 seed and have the home field in divisional round over the Bengals. Even though that would legit be the exact same scenario as the Bengals/Ravens that they are putting a coin flip for home field if Ravens win. 
 

It was never going to be a perfect solution, but the NFL at least tried for most of the teams effected to make it a little better. Even the Bills who may have lost the 1 seed and bye, the NFL is making sure they at least don’t have to play on the road for AFC Championship game. The Chiefs got a huge reward with this and now win and get a bye. The league also made sure the Ravens at least got  a coin flip chance. The Bengals were literally not given any chance to get back what they lost out on. 
 

Even though it is a slim chance that Chiefs lose tonight. They should have at least included a coin flip chance for the Bengals for a home game if they see the Chiefs in Divisional round. Then also a coin flip chance for 1 seed and bye if somehow both Chiefs and Bills lose this weekend. If those things were also included to at least give them Bengals a small chance at getting back what they lost. Then I doubt there would have been as much complaining.

You are missing the key factor. Baltimore will have two wins over the Bengals. That is why there is the coin flip if Baltimore wins and there isn't a coin flip in the other situations.

It’s mute now, since Chiefs won yesterday. But why would that second win matter more than the Bengals head to head over the Chiefs? If the Chiefs had lost yesterday  and Bengals won. It literally would have been the same situation in regards to the 2 seed and home field for that divisional game. Chiefs would have had the same amount of losses but technically ahead via win percentage, while the Bengals had the win in their one head to head. Which would have been basically same scenario as the Ravens if the Ravens win today.  So if you were going to reward the Ravens with at least a coin flip chance, since they had an outside chance at the division. Why did the Bengals not get the same possibility, since the Bengals had controlled their destiny for the two seed. So should  have deserved at least a coin flip chance against the Chiefs if they had met in divisional round, because it would have been exactly the same scenario then. Just that simple inclusion of that scenario if it played out, probably would have prevented some of the complaining.  
 

As I said I actually understand giving the Ravens a chance to get a little bit back of what they lost with the cancellation. However, the same was not given to the Bengals in regards to what they lost. There should have been a scenario in play to possibly have a coin flip chance for home field in Division round at least if the Chiefs had lost. Which is what Zac Taylor also mentioned in his press conference. They have to possibly do a coin flip that could negatively effect them, but yet wasn’t given that same opportunity for a coin flip that could positively impact them.

Bengals letting them back in the game. Most of the blame on Burrow. I cannot remember a game where he has missed more open receivers.
