Being able to keep Walt and KC is a big deal.... Helps keep a large portion of the young defensive talent at UC. 

Now that we are moving past the immediate emotions of a transition, I get the gut feeling this is going to work out well for UC. I believe there is a good chance Satterfield has a long run at UC and provides coaching stability the program has not experienced since ???

Can the word "stability" still be used in any sentence involving sports at any level anymore?

 

^^^^ Zach Grant would be an outstanding hire and addition....he is regarded as one of the best personnel experts in college football when it comes to recruiting and roster development.

Not sure if he took a pay cut or not, but going from OC at UC to TE coach at Wisconsin would seem to be a step back.
