The 3-7 Indians make their way to Ft. Thomas this Friday as a heavy underdog. It feels good to have a home playoff game at HHS again! Thoughts? 

Feels really good to have a home playoff game. Highlands should come away with a convincing win this week, I am excited to go see the game this week. I don't know much about Montgomery County outside of their win / loss record... I, for one, would appreciate any information about the team.

Close. I remember watching the following week debacle @ South Oldham on our way to Nashville in 2017? But yeah it's been a while since we have had a Home Playoff game.

Doss was a flat out embarrassment. South Oldham was a debacle.

Probably a better description. I agree. To better times, eh? 

Was doing some research myself. Had no clue the 2015 Highlands Semi finalist team had 6 losses on the season. People had to be losing their minds that year or was Highlands just an okay team.

2014 Beau Hoge lead Bluebirds won Highlands' most recent state championship, Weinrichs first year as head coach. So the townspeople thought that the kingdom was secure. 2015 had a rough start but they held it together at the end of the season. The next year was Cov Cath's rise to be the power of NKY.
