Every Lincoln County player that has played in the game has hit a 3.  They are 9-16 as a team from 3. 47-35 Patriots; 4:17 left.   Timeout.

Yesterday was the first time I've seen Lincoln this year.    Solid ballclub; this will be a dogfight based on what I saw yesterday.

I'll say that Lincoln County scores in the 50s and wins by 10.

Must-dos for both teams....

North will have to make its size advantage and advantage.....much smaller Muhlenberg County tied North on the glass, 26-26.....

Lincoln will have to hit free throws.....13 of 22 probably won't win them another game in this tournament...

I like North here by 6-8.

I tend to agree.

If Luke Anderson plays like he did in round 1 (team-high 12 points on 6 of 7 shooting, team-high 11 rebounds, 7 of which were offensive, and game-high 7 blocked shots), North will be hard to beat.

If the game is in the 40's I'd say Lincoln wins.  In the 50's or higher and it's probably North.  This might be the game that Lincolns FT shooting causes them a loss.

Not saying the kid's wrong here, but these were the folks looking for him after following his 1st round picks ...

Both teams relied heavily on their starters in game one.....Lincoln got 146 of 160 total player minutes from their starting five, and probably would have had more if Alcorn hadn't fouled out.

North played their starters even more, with 149 of 160 minutes going to the starters.

Assuming Lincoln doesn't slow it down as much as Muhlenberg did against North, I expect the Mustangs to go more like 8 deep today.

Lincoln probably only goes 6 deep today, in terms of meaningful minutes.  It will be interesting if that plays a part in the outcome on the bigger (college) court....

They were furious.  But I have a way with eluding the enemy.

Small % margin between the two over the course of the season: NO 68.4%, ranked 9th in the field; LC 66.8%, and 12th. Low scoring game like many are predicting, that "one" FT may be all the difference it takes.

Nice detail work as always CM!
