I don't understand the AP.  I fully realize the logistical challenges of putting a team together but how much effort/time does it take to vote on one player, 30 seconds, maybe a minute if you have a minor tech issue.  In the end all this does is reduce any credibility the AP has in Kentucky.

And some of them just need to vote for UK commit. Lol.

Humphreys is the first-ever Mr. Football finalist from Daviess County High School, and the sixth Mr. Football Finalist to hail from from Daviess County. Previous finalists have been Apollo RB Zane Beehn (1989), Owensboro RB/LB Drew Hall (1993), Apollo RB Michael Hanley (1998), Owensboro Catholic RB Craig Lanham (2003), and Owensboro Catholic QB Zach Barnard (2004).

Clay Clevenger and Jimmie Reed did a great job when they established the KY Football Coaches Association Mr. Football and Coach of the Year. Most definitely filled a void.

Where did they all sign to play in college? I have not kept up.

Xavier Brown - University of Virginia
Isaac Dixon - Undecided
Cam Hergott - Eastern Kentucky University
Joe Humphreys- Miami (OH)
Dane Key - University of Kentucky
Jack Sivori - Undecided
Caden Veltkamp - Western Kentucky University

Isaac Dixon, who won the KFCA Mr. Football Award, has offers from University of Charleston and University of Pikeville, and he has a preferred-walk on offer from University of Kentucky.

To the best of my knowledge, Jack Sivori does not have any offers currently.

Great list of players this year ... obviously a fan of Cameron Hergott ... when you look at this one pager -- it speaks to a few things that have never been done before. 3 Finals MVP's and in 2 different classes is a cool stat that may not happen again.
