The Cats are scheduled to play at Bama on Saturday at 8:00pm on ESPN. I guess if they are able to get out of town with the impending storm coming. This will be another good road test for the Cats. Alabama defeated Baylor last Saturday and lost by 4 to Auburn on Tuesday night.

    Third straight tough road game on a Saturday against a tournament team. The Cats definitely will be battle tested come tournament time. 
     

    This should be a fun up and down the floor type of game. Have to try to limit Bama from making many threes. 

    Alabama seems to be the most up and down team in the NCAA when you look at their resume.  I'd imagine this will definitely be an up game for them.

    Alabama lost by 19  100-81.

    Kentucky 80-75.

    Cats by 81-77.

    Cats have came out flat and trail 9-1 timeout Kentucky.

    The Cats have scored 5 unanswered since the early Cal timeout and now trail 9-6 at the under 16 media timeout.

    Cats lead 33-27 at the half the Cats have not played real well on the offensive end and have been out rebounded by 6 but the Kentucky defense has played well holding Bama to only 33% from the field in the first half.

    Pretty decent recovery from the rough start.  Weird game with UK being outrebounded and Bama shooting poorly from 3.

    Collins has some pretty good minutes.

    Bama doesn't necessarily shoot great from 3 but they shoot them a lot.  They did in the first half and got a lot of long rebounds as a result.  

     

    As for the first half.  No one looked great out there.  Ty Ty getting time at point towards the end of the half seemed to help him, he started 0-4 and finished I believe 3-7 in the half.  He seemed more comfortable with the flow of the game after that.
