I'm not sure I agree with this. Are there students that fit this bill in FIS? Absolutely. To say that's the culture? That's a stretch, IMO.

People get caught up on resumes. I look at Competencies. Don’t have to be a head coach to have the competency of a head coach.

I trust that Athletic Director, Principal, and the Superintendent all did their homework.
I also know plenty of parents that have kids that played for the man and they all speak highly of him.

I doubt it Frankfort hasn’t been known for doing that. I think he will turn Frankfort around but, I also think if he get the job how long would he truly stay. If BE wouldn’t have went to Lafayette and complained he would still be there. So how long will he really stay before y’all looking for a new coach again?   Find y’all a coach that’s there for the long run.  

Good luck to the new coach! Will be be moving to Frankfort?  Big change for this coach if that is who will get it.
