Final. The Golden Eagles march on to the state finals for the sixth time in seven years.

Congrats to the Matney Army!!

These boys are playing for more than a trophy! Say what you want but that type of fire is hard to put out! Congratulations to JC! Great season to FC a lot of people turned their backs after the off season and the Woodford loss to take a kid who had no previous snaps at QB and to make this run was special.

You have to be happy for Johnson Central getting back to a title game after what they have suffered this year. Good luck in the title game!

I think Franklin County not having a QB that can stretch the field really hurt them. Last year Broyles did that for Franklin County. Johnson Central defense was bend but not break all night.

Congrats JC.

FC, qb just getting started. Game was closer than the score indicates in my opinion. JC executed when it mattered. FC did not.

Just want to congratulate both teams on a hard fought game. I got to listen to the last quarter from the radio and you could tell if was a battle! I really like this Franklin County team and coaching staff! Johnson Central is a train that just is hard to stop! This is a very good football team and they are playing at a very high level. Watching them on film, they put on a clinic with there blocking and they are very agressive. Very impressive win over a very good Franklin County team!

Franklin County is a class act. Great game, two great teams. Unfortunate someone has to lose this.

What a season of ups and downs for the Flyers. So close at times.
