Thread is misleading IMO.

How is it misleading? It wasn’t asking for top NKY teams in 1A football. It was asking for the top teams in NKY. Which as good of a season Brossart is having.  They are most likely not a top 10 team in NKY.

I would say a top team in NkY this year would be Brossart,  it’s not also asking for top teams from 6a,5a,4a,3a,2a.

Are this year and 2021 not the same thing? I'm confused about what that has to do with the thread title being misleading. 

Brossart is probably top 2 in NKY in 1A, but they aren't even keeping a ball game close against the other schools mentioned.

No, it's asking overall top teams. Brossart doesn't make that cut.

What are you even talking about? The thread says the top 3 teams teams in NKY. Which means all of NKY, which Brossart would not be one of those top 3 or even top 10 in NKY. 

Well I am going to take a stab at this.  Ok so I am going to say Brcatz has a bias.  Let me say Coach Wiggins has done an unbelievable job getting the program where it has started the season 5 - 0.  Obviously most of us know the schedule Brossart has played and we all know those teams are not very good.  However, Brossart is an A school and judging them as an A school I think they are a top tier class A school in Northern Ky.  I  think the exact same thing about NCC.  They have played a very tough schedule but regardless of their record they are a top class A team in Northern Ky.  

The point of the thread was who are the Top 3 teams in all of Northern Ky.  Neither Brossart (or NCC for that matter) are remotely in any way shape or form Top 3 teams in all of Northern Ky.  Realistically neither would even be Top 10 in Northern Ky.  this season.  That does not mean Brossart and NCC are not quality teams who can make a run in the playoffs.  But lets be realistic as to where the Brossart program measures up against Beechwood and any of the 4A, 5A, or 6A schools in Northern Ky.

Northern Kentucky football this season has been the picture of inconsistency. I think there have been a handful of games that would very possibly have a different winner if they were played again this upcoming Friday (e.g - Ryle vs. Lex Cath; Holmes vs. New Cath; Pendleton Co. vs. Dayton; Cov Cath vs. Lex Cath).

Giving it my best guess, for this exact point in the season, my power rankings for northern Kentucky football programs would probably look like like this:

1.) Beechwood
2.) Ryle
3.) Highlands
4.) Covington Catholic
5.) Cooper
6.) Dixie Heights
7.) Simon Kenton
8.) Conner
9.) Holmes
10.) Boone County
11.) Scott
12.) Campbell County
13.) Newport Central Catholic
14.) Bishop Brossart
15.) Carroll County
16.) Walton-Verona
17.) Grant County
18.) Ludlow
19.) Newport
20.) Dayton
21.) Bracken County
22.) Holy Cross

I have said enough with my thoughts on Highlands lol. In regards to the rest it looks pretty good, except I would have NCC above Boone County. NCC still managed to beat Holmes in a close one, while Holmes did beat Boone. I would like Campbells chances against Boone too, as Campbell has actually played a tough schedule unlike Boone, plus they beat NCC. I think with Boones schedule Campbell probably has one more win than what Boone has with that schedule.
