If they can get through this without Covid case and the  quarantines that go with it, will have been a very successful night. 

I don't know what it is like for everyone else, but right now, for us, 2021 has been much tougher than 2020 in regards to Covid. 

It looked like there could be a window possibly but St. X thought it would just be better to pack up and head on back and not be out so late. Both teams were looking forward to playing it seems to not be in the cards or Tigers (lol) as @Tigerpride94said.

They traveled in 3 busses so that helps. Plus I'm sure good portion are vaccinated but certainly a risk. It was storming my whole drive home then get to Louisville and bone dry. Go figure!

I heard for tonight's scrimmage Bryan Station at Lexington Catholic, LC will treat this like a real game... as far as running out the gate, carrying the US, KY and LC flag and pre-game festivities. I say why not. Kids had their seasoned shortened last year due to covid, less family members in the stance, no student cheer section, so why not go all out while they can. This season looks like it will kick-off the right way, but future games are uncertain.

Unfortunately, this one was another casualty of mother nature tonight.

If you're one of the head coaches, do you do an intrasquad scrimmage tomorrow or a game like practice? Or do you just move on and get ready for week 1 opponent.

I would just come in and lift weights Saturday morning then start getting ready for week 1 on Monday.

Frederick Douglass has middle school games today so I assume they will be busy with that.

Rode over to school and looks like going to do intrasquad scrimmage.
