Oklahoma and Texas to the SEC???

Looking back at some of the things I said prior to the B12 expanding... Man was I wrong. B12 ratings were off the charts this past season and Brett Yormark negotiated a deal that will pay the remaining and added teams more than what they were getting with OU/TX in the league.

It is now the P12 that is in total destruction mode.

Serious smoke to Colorado and Arizona being added to the B12.

Colorado left the Big 12 (maybe it was still the Big 8 at the time) to join the Pac 12.   Can't see them jumping back so soon, unless the Pac 12 is just ready to fall apart.

Just those two? Most things I've heard has also included Arizona State and Utah, although I could imagine BYU not wanting Utah.

Sounding like Colorado and Arizona will be the first two dominos that fall that puts more in motion with the Pac12 falling apart.

Their media rights negotiations have been an absolute disaster.

Not sure Utah is on the radar as much as originally thought when the 4 Corner schools were mentioned together as possible additions. Adding Utah doesn't do much to add value with BYU already in the mix.

Would find it hard to believe that Oregon (the best program) or Washington (big market and good program) wouldn't be a bigger draw than others mentioned to join the Big 12.

Yormark would take both tomorrow. The problem is they're both waiting on a B1G offer that probably isn't going to come because the B1G is more interested in Notre Dame and either UNC or Virginia.

The P12 schools are waiting for a certain number to be given to them, which isn't happening because there just isn't any interest from ESPN/Fox to continue to pay them big money for a product that gets very little views.

Yormark has told them if the P12 crumbles and they haven't made a decision by a certain date, he is ready to pivot to secondary options. That's why there's so much smoke around Colorado and Arizona right now.

Something else to consider with realignment and expansion... CBS and Fox do not have any money and soon neither will NBC after the Notre Dame deal. ESPN had some money but gave it to the Big 12 and will likely give the Big 12 more via a pro rata.

Pac-12 schools with a Big 12 invite better make their decision quickly before the money disappears.
