Pitino had a final four on his resume and was also an NBA coach before he came to UK. Pitino resume was ten times more than Holtmans resume currently is, when Pitino took the UK job. Same with Calipari. Now Tubby and Billy G, neither of them really had a resume much different than Holtman. Which I would assume fans wouldn’t want a Tubby or Billy G type again.
