Mustangs improve to 6-0 with 12 point win over Ohio's largest school.

Jimmy Uebel leads the Stangs with 16 points, Cooper gets 12

Erik Prosser led the Highlanders with 19.

Next up Highlands on Friday, December 22nd

Was it a "slow down" game or just poor offense?

Tenacious defense from both teams.

And then some!!!

Man I didn't realize they grew them that big out in the county. Brossart is a big team...wow. :ylsuper:

More of a football game, than a basketball game. Bodies flying all over the place by both teams. Referees let a lot go uncalled....on both teams....

Have been for a few years now.

Beleive it or not Oak Hills had the size advantage on Brossart. It was a way TOO physical game that the refs almost let get out of hand. No need for that and the refs should of squashed it in the first quarter. Both teams were really packing it in .In all it was one of the better defensive games Ive seen in awhile.

Typical trademark Brossart defense against a Oak hills team that played the same, thus the low score.:thumb:

Have to agree Old Guy--It got a little too physical at times, but I was proud of the Mustangs' ability to give some back to the stronger OH team. It appeared while the 'Stangs were playing Soccer, Golf, etc. the Highlanders were living in the weight room!! Once again the BB defense held up, as the offense sputtered at times--Held OH to 14 points in the 2nd & 3rd quarters!! Up next for the Mustangs is another very physical team in Highlands, and then on the the 5/3rd!!

I will be posting completed stats tomorrow.

Great experience at NKU - the wireless hot spot is priceless.

Excellent working condition!!!

Thanks!

The Stangs have a very good defense and are very impressive. They should make noise in the 10th.

No doubt!

Hope to get to watch them in the 5/3. Congrats BB on the win.
