I figured it would be interesting to see how the Cards fared for the first time on the road without their most productive player. 

East brings a veteran team back.  They're tough to beat in the Jungle.

Pretty impressive GRC still put up 75 given 26 ppg was missing out of the line up.  Provided they can continue to score, I think Coach Cook will get the defense squared away and they will continue to roll.  How long is he out?

This could make things a little more interesting with Montgomery if Morton is out for a period of time and given Montgomery has added a few new bodies...........

MOCO is only squad with a chance to knock off the defending Champs in the 10th!

Morton is projected to miss 4 weeks with a broken wrist.

AGREED

Even the mighty fall every now and then.

Sounds like the combination of missing Morton, playing on the road, and a strong opponent created the perfect storm.

It will be interesting to see how GRC adjusts over the next 4 weeks.   I'm guessing there won't be many stumbles....but we'll see.

From what I’ve seen so far I have to agree. 

Coach Cook will use this opportunity as a teaching moment, and refocus his team.  Taking nothing away from East, but sometimes young people can believe "the hype".
