inches.

* WHERE...Southwest Indiana, portions of northwest Kentucky and
most of southern Illinois along and east of Interstate 57.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating snows will reach Interstate 57
in southern Illinois by the mid to late morning
hours...spreading into southwest Indiana and northwest Kentucky
by late morning or early this afternoon. The snow will end from
west to east by late this evening.

Evening...

A quick-moving disturbance will bring in some chances for an
initial rain and snow mix during the afternoon hours today before
transitioning to all snow by late afternoon and evening. Road
temperatures should remain warm enough for the snow to remain on
grassy and elevated surfaces, but a few slick spots could form
and cause trouble during the late afternoon hours and especially
as temperatures drop in the evening hours. Any snow accumulations
generally should be under an inch.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility will lower to one quarter to one
  half mile at times. Although the duration of the snow will be
  fairly short, an inch of snow per hour could cause travel
  difficulties.

I've got a solid inch, maybe a little more here at my house in St. Matthews. Roads aren't too bad, but the snow is definitely covering over the pavement at this point.
