Personally, I don't know what Miller would stand to gain by playing for Oak Hill. He's a pretty polished player, and there certainly isn't any issue with him getting noticed.

UK, for whatever reason is not considered one of the 'elites' by most bigtime recruits anymore.

What he has to gain is playing against better players and getting better? Showcasing himself for NBA scouts. Right now with jumping to the NBA being outlawed, the schools like Oak Hill are becoming even more highlighted because these kids are looked at as one and dones.

Darius is a wonderful basketball player but depending on what kind of team Oak Hill has next year. ( should be loaded ) He may not even start and not be a main player on the team. Too much of a risk for Darius. Probably better to just stay at home. He really doesnt need anymore exposure anyway considering the coaches that are already coming to see him now.

Exactly. Plus, he doesn't fit the typical OH model of one-and-done types. He strikes me as a kid who would stay four years. He needs the four years anyway to get stronger and shore up his skills.

I agree with this post for the most part. Miller can play, no doubt about that. But I also think the UK staff is trying to smooth some ruffled feathers with their Mason County UK fan base.

Im going to say very slim,He will graduate from Mason County.

This is good to hear. Better chances for local colleges to get him then. I was just wondering, but am happy he'll be at Mason.

Unfortunately I havent had the chance to watch Miller on the hardwood, but any time that Bruce Pearl and Tubby Smith show up to watch you play football under some of the worst weather conditions possible, it speaks volumes about the type of athlete and talent this kid is. I definately hope that UK and Tubby can reedem theirselves after what happened with Lofton and pick up this kid.

I hope Tubby, and Rick, both look at these kids, I watched another kid play at the 5/3 classic named Tanner Jacobs from Trinity, He is really turning some heads. He plays with tremendous intensity, and run the floor like a point guard. He is about 6ft8 235lbs. I have never seen a kid rebound like he does.
