2003. Fairview was undefeated coming into the game.

I remember that year. My brother was on that team. I also enjoyed the following year’s payback to Danville. That year was probably the coldest state finals I have ever been too. I froze my butt off.

The coldest ones I have ever been to was 97 when it snowed then in 2008 I think that was the year.

The 2 things that have kept the Tigers from scoring in bunches this year are sacks and time of possession.  If West Carter has success with these two (or turnovers) they will keep it close, but that is a big if.  My guess is Tigers 42-14.

It’s fine. If you keep running that joke into the ground it may get messy.

Easy sarge...tap the breaks. Threats aren't funny. Air hug from NKY to you buddy.

Good to hear the field looks good! Can't wait to watch this one. Things I want to see:

1. Leetavious Cline - one of the best players in the state vs. one of the best defenses in the state. How does Beechwood defend possibly the best RB in the state?

2. WCHS Defensive scheme - Coach Barker has shown himself to be one of the best in the state this season. What do the Comets look like in their first defensive series? Will be interesting to see what Barker and his staff come up with.

3. Beechwood's air assault on a grass field against a very good team. This is the first time - I think - the Tigers have faced a good team on a grass field. How do they respond with the surface? Does it impact their passing game?

I can’t wait to watch it as well. I thought Corbin has a grass field?
