August 19, 20206 yr I’m not understanding the hype around Terry Wilson’s return. He’s definitely stepped up as the leader of the team, but he has been out a year and it’s not like prior to the injury he was setting the world on fire. I see 5-5 maybe 6-4 if they can knock off Tennessee. I don’t see them beating Auburn, Alabama, Georgia, or Florida. Honestly we have no idea what Mississippi state looks like with Mike Leach. KJ Costello looked great at times at Stanford and with him throwing the ball 50 times a game in a Mike Leach offense, I’m not sure that’s a guaranteed win either. Somewhere between 4-6 and 6-4 are likely outcomes. But hey without Ohio State this year, UK is my only real rooting interest left so I guess I should be more optimistic.

Not all world but serviceable enough that teams can’t just load up the box. He can run a little too. 6 wins would be great in an all SEC schedule. That means they’d get 8 or 9 wins in a traditional year. That’s outstanding for UK football in my eyes.

But this is the best OL in school history and a good defense from last year returns almost everyone plus adds Kelvin Joseph and Davonte Robinson in the secondary. Definitely reason for confidence. Are they better than 2018? Maybe not. But that team went 5-3 in the SEC so 6-4 would basically match that.
August 21, 20206 yr Depth is as good as it's been in a long time as well. UK has traditionally been worn down by the SEC schedule. A 6-4 mark against this schedule would every bit equal the 5-3 SEC record from a couple years ago.
September 13, 20206 yr I just saw a article that said that Auburn currently has 5 starters who have tested positive for Covid-19.
