I started back through the Jack Reacher Series, again, doing it this time in the character's chronological order. I began with the short stories "Second Son", "High Heat", "Deep Down", and "Small Wars". Now, it is on to the books. The first in chronological order was the 8th Reacher novel published.

Just finished...

I just started the 21st Reacher novel published. Chronologically book 2.

One of the best books I've read in some time. Obviously the focus is on CCNY and the gambling scandal of the early 1950s, but if you are interested in the mafia, corruption, immigrants and religion, New York City in the fifties - it's all there. Terrific read!

Not my favorite Preston/Child collaboration, but not bad. Another 3 star read.

Halfway through this one. Taking an awfully long time to develop.

I figured it out waaaay too early but enjoyed how they got there, so I was not disappointed in the end.
