Alabama shuts out Michigan in the 2nd half. Alabama wins it’s 11th game for the 9th straight year. That’s a pretty impressive streak.

Just shows how overrated Michigan was. The worst Bama team in decade put a smackdown on them in the second half.

You have to think Harbaugh really wanted this game given his propensity to stir the pot. Bama was obviously down their QB but also some other starters skipping the bowl game to get ready for the draft. This was a half-hearted effort by the Tide and they still won going away. So sorry, Harbaugh.

I thought the last TD by Bama was totally uncalled for.

You thought Michigan was good?

This was no where near the worst team of the decade for Bama. The teams that lost in the Sugar Bowl to Utah and Oklahoma were definitely worse. Bama just played the best LSU team probably ever with an 80% Tua and Bama has always struggled to beat Auburn at Auburn. Let’s be honest there are probably only 3 teams in the country that any of us would pick to beat Bama. Plus what JA said. Who thought Michigan was good? Nobody.

I personally thought that in this case both the AP and coaches polls had Alabama and Michigan ranked a lot more realistic than the playoff committee did. They both had Bama at #9 and Michigan at #17.

I'm trying to figure out how Michigan was in the game until the 4th. Michigan has now lost 20 straight road/neutral games against AP top-15 opponents.

You thought Michigan was good?

Nope, but several on here seemed to think very highly of them just over a month ago.

It was also a joke...

Harbaugh continues to get destroyed in the 2nd half. It is the most disturbing trend in college football, but i'm okay with it. They were outscored this year 49-11 by OSU and Alabama in the second half. He simply refuses to adjust.

Well...he's an idiot, so there is that. :lol2:

It must be a New Year because we finally agree on something!
