Sure there is. I just don't like the way it all went down. Smells fishy. I mean 33 people, who thought UM was the better team, change their minds over THAT sloppy win? Hardly. It was a vote to not have a rematch. It was a vote FOR the SEC. It hurt UM playing 2 weeks ago and helped UF playing last Sat. And Urban Meyer campaigned and whined like a little school girl to get votes. If that's what it takes to get in the Nat. title game, no thanks.

If you really think that UF beating what is most assuredly NOT the #8 team in the country in a sloppy game put them over the top you are much more naive than I could imagine. And I have real estate down by some picturesque "lagoons" in Florida that you might be interested in. It's not like GT or myself is making off the wall, uneducated accusations. Read up a bit, do some homework, heck just watch Herbstreit on SportsCenter, but don't just sit there and be a SEC homer. It's embarassing.

I think you and the other UM fans and SEC haters need to do your own homework, and see that the one loss team that played the toughest schedule in the country got the nod. Have you not read the argument at all? The Arkansas game is the only real reason UF should have gained 60 points on UM in the coaches poll. If they vote Florida closer after the FSU game, I have no argument. Plain and simple...

They will probably finish the year around 12-20, about where they should be IMO. They had a good run, but are one dimensional, and got hammered by the #4 team in the country.

Of course I read the argument. I feel your pain. Why can't you not see how UF's stock went up after defeating another Top ranked team. Pretty one-sided & blind for someone who aspires to be in the biz, but I've been around here long enough to know that's pretty much you m.o.

Rankings are fluid. I know that. But I do know, that when UF played them, they were ranked 8 in the country.
