December 1, 20196 yr Author Zac Taylor gets his first win. Andy Dalton and the Bengals defensive line lead the team to their first win of the 2019 season.
December 1, 20196 yr Final great job by the Bengals defense today. They allowed only 271 total yards on 69 plays and no touchdowns. First win for coach Zac Taylor. Now 1-11 next up the Browns at Cleveland.
December 1, 20196 yr Dalton played a great first half today. Defense played great all game. I said this in the update thread. In 2008 during Zimmers first year the defense came on at the end of the season and carried over from there. Hopefully this is a sign of that happening. The defense has played really well the last 3 weeks. Also for the draft Young crowd. I think the Bengals D Line has shown they have guys who can rush the passer when they are working with a lead. If the team is losing by a lot having Young is pointless, because when you are always trailing it basically kills a team from having a pass rush.
December 1, 20196 yr I'm happy for Zac Taylor and if some scores hold up, them winning may not hurt their draft spot to much. The Redskins and Dolphins are both winning at the moment.
December 1, 20196 yr Also I never thought I would see another qb do this. However, we saw Dalton twice in has career just throw the ball away in 4th and game situations at the end of a game and not even throw it up to give a receiver a shot. Well Sam Darnold just did the same thing, makes no sense. It is 4th and game, even if it gets picked it doesn't matter.
December 1, 20196 yr I would like to issue a formal apology. I was back home this weekend for thanksgiving and this was the first game I was able to attend this year. It’s 100% my fault that we didn’t win until today.
December 1, 20196 yr Redskins and Dolphins both win and the Bengals all on the same day. Any given Sunday!!!!!!
December 1, 20196 yr Redskins and Dolphins both win and the Bengals all on the same day. Any given Sunday!!!!!! Now the Giants are nearest the Bengals they are 2-10.
December 1, 20196 yr Interesting stat the Jets become first team in NFL history to lose twice in the same season to teams that are 0-7 or worse.
December 1, 20196 yr Figured this was going to be their best chance for a win. I’m happy that they at least won a game. Washington and Miami also won today, which helped, too bad that the Giants didn’t.
December 1, 20196 yr Redskins and Dolphins both win and the Bengals all on the same day. Any given Sunday!!!!!! I bet a parlay on the moneyline for those three teams would have had a nice pay day. Redskins and Dolphins were 10 point underdogs I think.
December 1, 20196 yr Now the Giants are nearest the Bengals they are 2-10. But they won't take a QB with just drafting Daniel Jones.
