Big win for TC.

Word on the street is that this devolved into a street brawl and Abernathy was hospitalized. Would love some details.

I heard Taylor County’s Goodwin had a big kickoff return for a TD and that turned the game plus Glasgow had too many turnovers added to Abernathy’s injury. Taylor basically made one more play.

Glasgow has fallen for trick plays all year and it happened again on the reverse on the kickoff but Abernathy going out really hurt them I think if he finished the game they would’ve had a chance to drive down the field on another note when Abernathy was being taken off the field on a stretcher the TC cheerleaders was screaming loser and baby at him those young ladies parents ought to be ashamed.

I certainly hope Tanner is going to be ok and recovery fully soon. I have enjoyed keeping up with he and the Scotties this year. It was a very good season.

He played a great game against Franklin-Simpson. Hate to hear that they lost and especially that he got hurt. Hope he recovers soon.

Wasn't there another poor sportsmanship issue with Taylor County in last season's 5th region basketball tournament?

I’m a lifelong Glasgow fan and I just wanted you to know how much I’ve enjoyed watching your son play the last four years he has the heart of a champion.

Thank you Tkinslow. I wont go thru the spill of how we ended up in Glasgow,but it all sure worked out. Not received alot of offers at the next level but he could play somewhere and contribute. He has those qualities that you can't teach. You either have them or you don't. What a ride it's been. Take care

A couple of things:

 

TA appeared to me as the engine that powered the GHS team. He willed Glasgow to the win over FS.

 

Taylor Co last year had some bad actors on the field and in the stands during the FS v TC Semi Final game in Campbellsville. 33-0 seemed to take the starch out of their britches though.
