November 29, 200619 yr I don't recall Rush's comments. Does anyone remember Jimmy "The Greeks" comments? It's been quite a few years and I can't recall why he was fired. I think it was something racial as well, but cannot recall. Yes, similar to Irvin's as comparing athleticism and muscles....Jimmy the Greek, should have kept to prognostication and Irvin, needs to fade away from the camera.

Should have been gone, long ago. I would imagine Harold Reynolds, is watching to see what happens. No doubt Harold is watching. Irvin should just walk away. He might have said racial remarks, I just don't remember any. Also, do you think he got hit so hard because he said it about NYC? Like, if he had said it about....Nashville, that nobody would've raised as much fuss? But since he said it about NYC "the city that does no wrong," it hit the fan? Just a thought.

Part of the Rocker problem, was he had created a little public following in MLB, that knew at any moment he could and probably, would explode....and he certainly did.
