Agreed and not knocking him, but since this thread is stating "I am not a candidate"....doesn't UL have a current coach, in another sport who proclaimed the same thing....:sssh:

 

Anything can happen and money, can make anyone listen along with re-considering. Let UL focus on the last game and Bowl, so not to distract. That is one aspect of coaching changes, I don't like....the timing.

This should be very comforting for UL Fans. We all know that Petrino has shown time and again that he is a man of his word.

I dont believe him, he gets a offer e likes he is gone and we will all read about it in the paper

 

If he goes I guess UL can try for Shula, I couldnt imagine him around UL offensive weapons

The fact that he has to say something regarding his position at the end of nearly every season speaks volumes, both in a positive & negative manner, IMO.

Me too...I would say about 3-4 seasons from now...he'll be out...that's fine with me (granted I would love to see him be a lifer, but I don't think so)./
