April 16, 20197 yr Monty Williams would be a great choice for the Lakers but like said earlier I think that Ty Lue is the frontrunner for the job. I honestly wasnt impressed with him as the coach of the Cavs. The Lakers should even look at Mark Jackson as coach. I think he could do a good job with LeBron and get some quality players in there to play with LeBron.

However, with Jackson it will be his way or the highway. Well, he might be sent off to the highway, but LeBron is not used to having a hard-nosed coach. He is normally the coach. That would not be the case in the Jackson scenario.
April 16, 20197 yr Author Coach will either be a puppet or someone LBJ respects enough, to let him coach. Short list of guys he respects that much though, so it'll be a puppet hire.
May 9, 20197 yr Will Lue and Lakers work this out? Yesterday they made it appear that he had withdrawn due to them perhaps having some say in who was on his bench. Can't say I blame him.
