Brother in law got me a little generator when as a house warming gift in 2017. It is gassed up and ready to rock if need be. Girlfriend thought I was delusional until I explained that it only takes one car sliding into a telephone poll for us to lose power. She hopped on Facebook and saw people posting about braving the elements to go out drinking and she quickly changed her tune.
