Weighed myself this morning, I'm the heaviest I've ever been, and that's not acceptable. I plan on posting in here daily to hold myself accountable. Started the morning with some bullet proof coffee! Lifted arms this morning and will do a 2 mile run when I get home from work or (hopefully not) tonight after the kids get to bed). woodsrider Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 Down 6 pounds from last Wednesday. Legs are beyond sore. On Tuesday did back squat, worked up to heavy set of 20 reps. No doubt. those last 4-5 reps made me work harder than any PR I tried going for. No way I was banging out 17 reps only to fail on one of the last 3. Every 2 mins for 16 mins (8 sets) 1 Power Clean, Push Press, Push Jerk, then Split Jerk Increase weight each set Followed by a Metcon of: 4rds for Time 20cal Bike 3 Bar Muscle Ups 5 Ground to Over Head (can be snatch or clean & press/jerk) 3 Bar Muscle Ups Rest 3 mins between rounds Weight on the ground to over head increase each round...115#, 135#, 155#, 165# Taking today off. Not even sure I have what it takes to get one, but sure would like to get one if I can. Yeah, I'm actually pretty good at them although in the work out coming off the bike they were a little tougher.
