I'm starting another round of keto and gym'ing today. Have been planning for a few weeks to start today. Weighed myself this morning, I'm the heaviest I've ever been, and that's not acceptable. I plan on posting in here daily to hold myself accountable.

 

Started the morning with some bullet proof coffee!

Weigh in day is tomorrow. Was 204 last Friday. Hoping for 202 but will except 203. Lifted arms this morning and will do a 2 mile run when I get home from work or (hopefully not) tonight after the kids get to bed).

Clean and Press/Jerk complex last night.

Every 2 mins for 16 mins (8 sets)

1 Power Clean, Push Press, Push Jerk, then Split Jerk

Increase weight each set

 

Followed by a Metcon of:

4rds for Time

20cal Bike

3 Bar Muscle Ups

5 Ground to Over Head (can be snatch or clean & press/jerk)

3 Bar Muscle Ups

Rest 3 mins between rounds

Weight on the ground to over head increase each round...115#, 135#, 155#, 165#

 

Taking today off.

Can you do the bar MU? That is my goal in 2019 to get a bar MU. Not even sure I have what it takes to get one, but sure would like to get one if I can.

Yeah, I'm actually pretty good at them although in the work out coming off the bike they were a little tougher. Legs were shot which really affected my kip. I was still able to get all sets unbroken although some were probably not the prettiest.
